Nursery
Loved from the Very Beginning
Our nursery provides a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where our youngest children experience God’s love through compassionate care, play, music, and prayer. Our trained and caring volunteers partner with families to help every child feel welcomed, cherished, and cared for.
Preschool
Wondering, Growing, Belonging
Our preschoolers discover God’s love through Bible stories, music, crafts, movement, prayer, and hands-on learning. Each Sunday, children are invited to wonder, explore, and build a joyful foundation of faith in a welcoming and caring environment.
Elementary
Learning, Living, and Sharing Faith
Elementary students grow in faith through engaging Bible lessons, interactive learning, worship, prayer, service, and Christian friendships. Each week, children are encouraged to ask questions, discover God’s love, and learn how to live their faith every day as followers of Jesus Christ.
Sunday School

A Message from Christian Education
August
August is filled with opportunities to grow, serve, and celebrate together at Wayne Church!
We begin the month with Mission Sunday and Holy Communion on August 2, celebrating God’s call to love and serve through Christ. Then, join us for our final two Sink or Swim: Splash Sundays on August 9 and 16, where our WayneKids will continue discovering that God is with us through every adventure in life.
As we prepare for an exciting fall, I invite you to explore our new Christian Education webpage. There you can learn about our new Sunday School opportunities, Bible studies, Ministry Scope, and the many ways children, youth, and adults can grow in faith together.
We will conclude the month with our Backpack Blessing on August 30, praying over students, teachers, school staff, and the backpacks our congregation has lovingly filled for Wayne Elementary School as we send them into a new school year with God’s blessing.
There is so much to look forward to this fall, and I cannot wait to begin this new chapter of lifelong discipleship with you. Thank you for being part of all that God is doing through Christian Education at Wayne Church!
